Now the best for overall longevity, durability and beauty IMO is ceconite and the Stits poly dope covering system finished in polytone, polytone urethane or automotive base coat clear coat.

In particular, get the #11 scalpel blades. They are much sharper than an X-Acto blade and because they are they really work well when trimming stretchy covering.

BTW- I recommend that both Nitrate and/or Butyrate be thinned to approx. 1:1 for brushing coats as it seals and builds a shine quicker.

网页2005年5月18日 · Prep with vinegar, wipe with alcohol. Brush and spray work well. If you need to mask, then let it cure for 2-3 days (more the better). I use the low tack 3m masking tape. If you wait a week you can use duct tape if you want. After fully cured, you'll rip the covering before the paint will come off.
