FWIW Goldenseal is a nice package for smaller remod-type companies - but it's not "estimating software". It's a financial management package with an estimating module. Big difference.

They require training that just about equals the cost of software and yearly support so I have to think they are more expensive than Master Builder from Sage at this point.
