I sent the company and email and the warranty guy called and emailed the next day. Seemed like they would take care of it problem being that it's too cold to re-glue the panels. I have seen several that must not have been prepped correctly because the glue came loose. It’s damn hot in our part of the world and I’ll take screws and rivets over glue any day. YMMV.

The exterior skin was riveted and the previous owner did not take care of the trailer. Water found its way behind the panels and rotten some support studs.

网页2011年4月15日 · As said above use self tapping screws. There are saw blades for circular saws that will cut the sheets just fine. Be careful as to seal up anywhere it may leak. Also as stated above wait till you see the cost of the aluminum sheets. I would look into that before you buy the trailer.

One of my buddies has done his floor with a Rhino Lining type coating, but I've noticed that stuff is hard to keep clean. Seems any mud or dirt that gets on it won't wash off very well.

If it's not removing enough oxidation, or giving you the shine you are hoping for, switch pads and try some fine micro finishing compound first and step to the polish second..
