Recommendation for HPLC Data System (<5 HPLCs, RD lab)

网页2015年11月28日 · Overall I've found that LC systems are: (1) significantly more expensive than GC (even used), (2) more expensive in terms of consumables, that is, HPLC grade solvents (eg. methanol, ACN, etc) are $$$, (3) LC are more complex systems to operate in general than GC, (4) have a higher "fail" rate due to more systems involved (ie. high pressure pumps, degassers, etc).
