No other peers were connected, and no seeds. Yet, I still managed to finish the torrent. In memory, this is the first time I've done this using a BitTorrent client.

I'm always getting stuck at a percent, and I can't find that torrent anywhere else.

网页2005年10月28日 · 15 seeds and 60 peers is a very good connection condition. You will most likely wont get another 0.1kB/s speed improvement from more peers. Its more likely that the seeds you're connected to are busy sending to other peers, same goes with the other peers. I believe this is strictly a specific torrent issue rather then uTorrent.
