This works if you have 60cc or less of drainage for the night or if its just air you are venting. We use a hair rubber band to secure it to his bed but you could hang it from most anything.

网页2020年7月31日 · I only use belts as I have a venting gastrostomy which means having a bag which gets very heavy. There are belts on Etsy that are designed for purpose. I ended up putting together my own. If it gives you piece of mind there’s no harm trying one, but as I said at the start it probably isn’t necessary.

Generally any dark black or coffee ground looking stomach contents, whether vomited up or expelled out of a PEG tube, usually indicates bleeding in the upper GI tract. I worked as a GI RN for years and we always advised our patients to contact the physician right away if this ever happened.

The set can then be attached to whatever drainage bags she is using. Some people feel the narrowing at the low profile outlet is a bit of an issue, but I don’t find that myself.
