I believe going to heavy on the dumbbell bench press led up to the injury because I knew my form wasnt perfect. The pain is located on the ulnar side of the wrist ( pinky side) its right on the wrist joint, and its defiantly located under my ulnar nerve, its like i can massage it from the side underneath the nerve.
