An investigation is underway after a man, who was reported missing, was found dead inside a tanning bed at Planet Fitness on the south side of Indianapolis Monday morning.

The body found inside a tanning bed at an Indianapolis Planet Fitness on Monday has been identified as Derek Sink, People reports. The 39-year-old’s family reported him missing on Nov. 10, an estimated two days after he arrived at the gym.
