Aside from its basic structure, the Survivor game doesn’t have a ton of stringent rules. Players are allowed to negotiate with host Jeff Probst over supplies, cheat off of each other during puzzle competitions and basically govern themselves at their own camps.

The host then revealed that Anika’s elimination has produced more in-person fan reaction than he’s encountered in a while. It made him curious about the player’s perspective on polite players, so he asked cohost Charlie Davis, who came in second place in Season 46.

The episode, titled "Nightmare Fuel," had a shocking twist delivered to the remaining 10 players in the immunity challenge by host Jeff Probst.
