Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan national and controversial TikTok personality, was ordered to leave the U.S. by an Ohio judge on September 9, 2024, after violating probation related to his illegal entry into the country.

The 'migrant influencer' who encouraged others to invade the US was ordered deported, however, likely won't be kicked out.
