The Pittsburgh Penguins are recalling goaltender Tristian Jarry from his conditioning loan. Jarry was sent to the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on Oct. 26, during the middle of a four-game West Coast road trip.

Three goaltenders were present for the session when the Pittsburgh Penguins took to the ice for practice with Tristan Jarry back and looking for a restart to his season.

The Penguins called on Jarry after two weeks in the American Hockey League, where he was sent to find his game after a disastrous NHL start.

"It's everything," Jarry said. "It's something I'll always cherish, being able to pull that jersey over." Jarry was back wearing it at practice Sunday, one day after being recalled from a conditioning loan with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League.

The Pittsburgh Penguins entered the 2024-25 NHL season hoping to bounce back from what has been two straight years on the outside looking in at the Stanley Cup Playoffs, and were hoping that goaltender Tristan Jarry would play a key role in a hopeful return to the playoffs.

He certainly made the most of his time in the AHL, getting into five minor-league contests, putting up a 2.16 GAA and a .926 SV% in those outings.
