Police have launched an investigation after a young woman suffering “significant physical and intellectual disabilities” died on Monday in the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
Once police arrived at the scene, they found the body of a woman. The death is being treated as unexplained with police saying there are not currently believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
