Five charities in Suffolk have been celebrated in the King's Award for Voluntary Service.The award is the highest given to volunteer groups across the UK and announced to mark King Charles' birthday on 14 November.

A Warrington charity has been given the highest award a local voluntary group can receive. HOBY UK, which was founded in 2006, has been granted The King’s Award for Voluntary Service for 2024. This is the highest award a local voluntary group can receive in the UK and is equivalent to an MBE.
