Good Monday morning! Staring off the day foggy with many areas seeing very dense and thick fog as you are starting your day. A Dense Fog Advisory has been posted for a portion of the region for this.

We have dense fog across the ArkLaTex this morning especially for the those along and southern half of the region. Clouds should part by the mid morning hours to lead us to a completely sunny day with no chance of rain. High temperatures get into the upper 70′s and lower 80′s.

A Dense Fog Advisory remains in place across metro Atlanta through 10 a.m. Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan says that dense fog will reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less at times. Drivers should use low-beam headlights and leave plenty of room on Monday morning.
