Pennsylvania State Police say they found the victim at a hospital in Cumberland County, but they believe the shooting occurred in Carroll Township, York County.

After an investigation, officials determined the shooting likely took place in Carroll Township, York County. While the circumstances surrounding the shooting are currently being investigated, police say there is no threat to the public.
