数据背后,餐饮行业的内卷现象愈发明显。不仅仅是高端餐饮,外卖和快餐品类也未能幸免。今年上半年,北京的外卖和快餐品类同样出现了利润下滑,从业者普遍将原因归结为补贴和价格战。大量餐饮品牌的倒下与新兴品牌的涌入交织在一起,共同构成了餐饮市场的新常态。
不过,平价时代并不意味着只能卷价格。有多位从业者和投资人指出,为了迎合消费者看重“性价比”的消费心理,行业开始打起价格战——高端餐饮推出低价套餐,快餐和外卖推出价格更低的爆品团购,但效果不一。有的客流增加,有的却加速闭店。
