More than 123,000 mail-in ballots have been returned to the Montgomery County Office of Voter Services within one week until the general election, officials said Monday.
Thirty-two states require mail-in ballots to be received on or before Election Day, and some officials are encouraging voters to drop off ballots themselves instead of mailing them.
